Sweet Cucumber Pickle
I'm half-way through making another batch of this very popular pickle - very popular with family, especially my grand-daughter. It takes far longer to make than to polish off a jar - if I'm not vigilant!
I'll post the recipe tomorrow - must get back to the pan!
