How to make Lemon Balm Herbal Tea
How to make Lemon Balm Tea
First, pick some lemon balm.
Next, chop the leaves and stems.
Then put the chopped lemon balm into a heat-proof jug.
Pour on boiling water.
Let the tea brew for 5 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
And there you have it, lemon balm tea reputed to be calming and to give longevity.
Cheers!
Sometimes I add a little honey.
